At Green’s Loving Hands Early Learning Center, we go beyond traditional childcare—we provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging space where your little one can learn, explore, and thrive. Our Frog Street Curriculum ensures that every child receives a high-quality, research-based education that fosters cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development.
At Green’s Loving Hands ELC, we believe that a strong partnership between parents and caregivers is essential for a child’s success. To ensure a safe, nurturing, and organized environment for all children, we ask parents to adhere to the following responsibilities:
Provide accurate and up-to-date contact details, emergency information, and medical records.
Notify the daycare promptly of any changes in address, phone number, or emergency contacts.
Inform staff of any significant changes in the child’s home life that may impact their behavior or well-being.
Discuss any concerns regarding your child’s development, health, or experience at daycare with the staff.
Keep your child home if they show signs of illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious conditions.
Follow all daycare policies regarding medications, allergies, and immunizations.
Notify the daycare immediately if your child has been exposed to a contagious illness.
Adhere to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times to maintain consistency in your child’s routine.
Sign your child in and out daily, as required by daycare policy.
Only allow authorized individuals (as listed on the registration form) to pick up your child. Written permission is required for any changes.
Contact the daycare if you anticipate being late for pick-up. Late fees may apply.
Make all tuition and fee payments on time, as per the daycare’s financial policy.
Notify the administration in advance if you experience financial difficulties affecting payments.
Understand that late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.
Support your child’s development by reinforcing learning activities at home.
Attend parent meetings, events, and conferences as scheduled.
Provide feedback and suggestions to help improve daycare services.
Follow all daycare rules, policies, and procedures outlined in this handbook.
Treat staff, other parents, and children with respect and courtesy.
Maintain the confidentiality of other families and daycare matters.
